We realise people are seeking a driven and a proactive Events, expos & Conference Organisers to help them organise and run effective events.
This is an exciting business and the role which we deliver is one of support and professionalism within this special interest groups to deliver a programme of events and structured organisation which includes Vendors and small sellers, Guest speakers, Demoing, support and awareness for issues like harassment, including sexual, accessibility, staff awareness of mental health issues and disability, Cosplay and rules there in, guest speakers, sponsorship and one-day meetings.
We are looking at a driven team-player who has the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals. we are very customer focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
We have experience in business and connections within the tabletop games industry, excellent negotiation and influencing skills as well as divergent thinking to enable us to explore different positions and alternatives to reach outcomes that gain acceptance from all parties.
We are proactive and able to think ahead to ensure the smooth completion of team/individual aims and objectives. We are also considered dependable, have attention to detail, excellent at multitasking and able to prioritise workloads.
